We collect the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form on the Site: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

We use this data exclusively to respond to your requests for quotes, collaboration or information, as well as for follow-up communication related to your request.

Processing is carried out based on your consent, given by submitting the contact form, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

We keep the data submitted through the form only for as long as necessary to resolve your request and, afterwards, for a reasonable period necessary for communication record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request: access to your data, rectification or erasure of it, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You can exercise these rights by writing to us at office@obsidiancare.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

7. Data recipients

Your data may be accessed by our technical providers (e.g. website hosting, email services) strictly for the purpose of operating the Site and communicating with you, and is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
